Lookin to Make a Game

Im looking to make some kind of racing game. Not some crazy PS2 game or anything just a fun free computer game to play when your bored. What I bring to the table is I can do some backgrounds and can make the site for the game. Im able to do some things with photoshop. I need somebody who can do car models and animating. im in a 3d animatino class now and may be able to do car models, but i dunno, can you give more detail on the game, like will it be kind of like live for speed, or Racer, or something like that?
