tahoe window & stereo Q

Hi all First post here. Just bought a 99 Tahoe and have a couple questions. First is my drivers side window once in a while refuses to roll down. Second is about the stereo system. I had to replace the overhead rear speakers. The service manual shows the power as in the speaker and out. Rather than plus & minus. I'm confused??
