How big is the gas tank on a 97 Chevy Cavalier 2.2L Stick

Nope. I haven't need it yet. I'll get one when I need it.

I do not know but it holds a lot more gas when "empty". :slap:

15.2 Gallons...well thats for my 97 cav 2.2L auto

i've been in b/w 1/4 and empty and got the check guages light and took my car 12 gallons to fill... but its prolly a little bit more...

Well after work my car sounded like it was really low on gas and when I filled it up it took a little less than 15 gallons. I have a check engine light on now. It came on when my car died from lack of fuel. So I guess I'll be fine.

^ time to take it to a shop and get the code flushed out of there....

yeah. I don't know it would be something else. What do you think>????
