Repair info?

I have a 98 Achieva with an intermittent trouble code "P0341" (Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Range/Performance). Any ideas if this is something that can be repaired, or must it be replaced? Any info on repair/replacement info available so I don't have to buy a manual just for this one repair?
