Did I blow a fuse?

While trying to program my new keyless remote I accidentally touched two wires together that were running to my diagnostic port under my driver side dash. Right when they touched I heard a noise that sounded like a fuse blowing somewhere in my dash-now my stereo won't turn on and the "anti-lock" light is now on in the instrument cluster. I can't figure it out, I checked all of the fuses in my car and the fuses for my stereo, but it still won't work. When I went to get a diagnostic ran, I was told that they could not boot up the diagnotic port and there was most likely a fuse blown. I still cannot find the fuse! Please help!
Thanks
