Torque converter

I unfortunatly have an automatic, and im in the process of putting a turbo in my car. My question is do i need a torque converter for the tranny if im putting out .5 bar with 150 stock horsepower.

i'm not sure how much beating the rest of the tranny will take but an upgraded TC like you spoke of would be a great upgrade anyway they really can add some life into a slosh box.

I think a few people here know the auto trannys strength better then I so as far as if the rest of the tranny will hold you'll have to wait for more replys

yeah, i looked at level ten and am really considering it. Just wanted to know if I should play it safe and spend the extra money.

i got mine from www.tciauto.com and its very nice, its a great upgrade for the autobox fans out there.
