89 no start

truck wont start today gets no fuel or spark...tried a new pick-up and a ecu still no start....

need a little more info, what truck? what year? what motor? was if working fine before? what changed?

sounds like the computer does not know the motor is turning, not intiment with that motor, it gets the info from the distributor or a crank sensor,
