My new DSM has been turned into a murder weapon....

Well, my '97 RS just got stolen late last night, it was recovered about 15min ago from the police impound lot. As it turns out the theif hit and killed a 65year old man that was crossing the street with his grandaughter....very tragic.

The dimples in the front is where my brother began to beat out the dent to where it wasn't such a distinct imprint of a body until we get a new hood. The dent on the left fender is where the top of the elderly mans cane hit.

They suspect the thief was going about 50mph in a 25mph zone. He is going to trial in 3months for vehicular manslaughter and grand theft auto.

The airbags did not deploy because I had the airbag thing unplugged under the center console.

That sucks dude, both that it was stolen and some fuckin punk ruined someone's life. I hope the thief enjoys jail life.

By the way, the victims grandaughter is in the hospital with a concussion and a few broken bones, 3 ribs a fractured femur and her elbow was bent backwards and broken from where her grandads hand was ripped out of her hand when the suspect hit him at over 50mph at a cross walk....she is 8 years old guys.

Oh yes, he WILL rot in jail, I dunno if I can stand to be at the trail. The temptation of jumping the rail and beating his fucking ass for doing what he did would be too great. I guess ill have to settle with him getting a 200year sentence and ass-fucked everyday. But just look at the amount of damage he did in a matter of hours...that little girl is going to have to have thearapy, just think...one minute holding your Grandfathers hand after getting an icecream cone, then crossing the street to go home to the family then all of a sudden......lives ruined.

24?? i thought this guy would be like 17 or something.... Thats so fucked up.. The girl is pratically ruined for life.. My Gramps Died of a Heart Attack when i was 10 years old.. i'm now 22 and i still get choked up when i think about him.. I cant even imagine what she gonna go through.. And the American Justice system is so fucked... There are actually lawyers out there that will defend him (pending he has the money to pay him/her).. He'll probable get 15 years... but only do like 8-10 years... My G/F was raped when she was 11... Come to find out her Rapiest had raped someone else also.. Went to jail for 2 counts of rape.. Sentenced to 20 years.. only had to serve 8.. was out after 5 years....

about 3 weeks ago someone broke into our garage and took my spare keys off of the work bench (i was working on the car so i left the keys in the garage so i didnt have to run in the house) he tryed to start my car but couldnt because the UICP, battery ,and TB were removed. lucky i was working on it or it would have been gone. and for now on my keys are allways locked in the house.

...but that sucks , idk if i could drive a car that killed some one...

Damn that sucks....That girl will have emotional problems for the rest of her life. Try to go to the trial so you can tell us how long he is getting sentenced. Hope he gets what he deserves.

Just got back from the hospital, the little girl isnt looking to good. She hasnt showed any signs of conciousness since the accident. They say she may go into a coma....man, im gonna feel really guilty if she takes a turn for the worst.

Oh, and as for whoever said "I couldnt drive a car that killed someone", im am going to have to. I cant afford a new car, and any insurance claim I get will only be enough to replace and repaint the hood and fender, besides I love my car.

Im just REALLY REALLY glad I didnt see the hood before they cleaned all the blood and tissue off of it...Otherwise, I couldnt even sit in that thing after seeing that.

wow that is tragic :(. I don't know but if it was me, I wouldn't be able set foot in your car anymore just knowing that a mother fucker was once behind your wheel totally destroying an innocent life.
