Selenoid just goes ckick

I have replaced the selenoid, tried jumping the car, but is still just goes click...93 t-bird, 3.8fi.....I think that it's the starter, but I can't find the darn thing...any help out there...Thanks Joe

Don't know about a 93 but a 95 has the solenoid on the starter. If the solenoid is somewhere else then just follow the heavy wire from it to the starter. Look on the passenger side.

The 93's have a solenoid on the starter and the relay on the drivers side fender by the battery. The starter is indeed on the passenger side. Check all of your connections (battery, relay, solenoid, engine ground straps, etc) before you replace the starter because loose or corroded connections will/can cause what you describe.
