ZC Short Block & D15B6 Cylinder Head

I've got a good ZC Short Block and a good cylinder head off a D15B6...
Are these compatible and what's involved in putting them together.
I really know very little about this and want to keep this as inexpensive as possible. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
