Has anyone ever changed your tranny and ATTS fluids yourself? I'd like to try and do this myself, but I'm not sure where the drain/fill holes are. I went to the parts store but couldn't find a repair manual for this generation prelude.
Also, what fluid did you put in the transmission? Is there one that you recommend over the honda transmission fluid? Do you need any special tools? I remember reading about a pump for filling the unit. Where do you find this part?
Thanks in advance.

Automatic Torque Transfer System. Puts power to both wheels.
Anyways, I have never personally changed it but I belive the Transmission fluid is pretty basic. Although it isn't the easiest thing because of where the drain and fill holes are. But I do know it's possible to do yourself.
As for the ATTS I have no clue because I have a 4th gen.

If you are talking about changing the transmission fluid, it's very easy to do. I got a 92 prelude f22 and the bolt to drain it is located near the right tire. U should see a bolt in that side of the transmission. Just get a wrench and plug it inside the bolt (u don't have to use any socket) just the wrench. About the transmission fluid get the one from Honda for Automatic Transmission.
