The driver sits on the left side of the car. The weight of the driver causes the left side of the vehicle to sag down...if this happens over the course of even 10 years, the springs will take on that sagging and not fully rise to their original height. My only thought is to replace the springs, or swap the lefts with the rights to try to "counter" the sag.

Thanks guys for the responses hope to replace the springs soon. Would springs off a 77-78 c10 work?

I don't think they will work. I'm pretty sure, it changed before 86, and then it changed after 88.
