Hello
I have had starting problems and determined it was not getting gas. After reading past posts, I assume I have a marginal fuel pump or a bad connector. I checked Auto Azone and they wanted $40 while NAPA wanted $200. What am I missing here. Does anybody have recommendations for a good pump.
Replacement of the pump is not something I want to do more than once. It looks like the best way to get at the pump is to pull the bed off. Thanks
Harry

You are correct about the easiest procedure to get the pump out. What I would check with the parts store is on what exactly you are buying. The $40 pump is probably just the pump and strainer. The $200 pump is probably the pump, strainer, and the assembly that sits in the tank.
