new IS300 engin swap

has any one ever seen or heard of any one putting a mitsubishi 4G63T engin in a lexus IS 300. the mitsubishi engin is small so i think it will fit the only problem is going from the all time 4WD evo to the RD lexus, can it be done. please tell me.
