since i've been living away from it i've started liking it more.

but the actions of the government are making me realise it's turning to shit. and the fact that my country has enough ignorant people to vote them in makes me wonder if it's full of wankers or whether there was a reason the government cut education funding to buy new bombs.

because most of middle earth (SA, NT, parts of WA, NSW and QLD) are outright owned by the Aboriginal partys.

Only now have the Australian Government realised that it's their land, not ours. That's why you can't climb Uluru anymore, the Aboriginal tribes who own it rightfully, don't want you to. But you can walk around it!

Also most Europeans, Asians, Africans and South Americans I have meet held ideas about Americans that just weren't true.


And not surprisingly, most Americans have some strange misconceptions about life in other countries.....

The number of dumb questions I have been asked, by Americans, about countries I have lived in or visited is ridiculous.

The representation other countries have of America though is often generated from watching American TV shows, sometimes it's actually amusing to hear people make statements about America based on 'what they saw on 'Friends' or things like that.
