Hi,
as y'all know it Integras run on normal gas...
I've heard it's not a bad idea to once a month fill up the tank with higher-quality gas to clean to engine or something like that...
I'd like to know your opinions on that subject, Good Idea or Bad Idea?

gs-r and type R call for high octane. LS GS RS etc. don't.
I don't know about it cleaning your engine, but i've used higher octane fuel in other cars to get them to pass emissions testings, i guess it burns a little cleaner.

If you raise the compresion on your LS/GS/RS, I would recomend High Octaine.

It doesnt necessarily clean the engine. Its more that it burns cleaner and gets rid of some of the carbon build up. Think of it this way, there is no way that it can hurt.

i use the good stuff too. think of it like this. try drinking water out of the mississippi river, then drink a bottle of dasani. which is better? i wouldn't put that mud river in my body. so why put a lesser grade of gas in your car?
