Idle On Start Up

I have a 97 s10 2.2. in the morning when the engine is cold it misses every 5-10 sec, but not when it warms up. I have already had the head gasket replaced ant it's not burning coolant.

It only has 140 000 Kilometers (87 000 miles)

What's the problem?. does anyone else have this problem.?

Is the SES or MIL on? Do you have any codes?
