cold intake ??

I know this is gonna be a stupid question but better off that i ask. i was planning on buyin mugen intake, i have a 93 teg and i was planning on either doing an engie swap or ls/vtec. i just wanted to know if i'd have to switch my intake again or able to keep the same one.

you can keep same one might have to do a tiny bit of cutting or moving to fit but nothing major at all.

over priced. unless your making show car just get ebay one with K&N filter

well this mugen intake is on ebay for $50+$10 for shipping i jsut didn't know if they made god power b/c all e-bay ads says 15hp gain

ok if its on Ebay and only 50 its fake as hell and no way will it be making you 15 thats just gain youll get like 2-5.

When they say that the hp gains should be 15 hp, is that on a car with everything else done to it or what do they base the hp gain on? I have an AEM intake and it said something similar, but it does help...at least in throttle response. How much it helps, i don't know.

Yes if there getting 15 HP from an intake its a built motor probbly P&Pd even to gain that much.

A stock motor will see 2-5 HP depending on the car itself throttle responce is made better thats the main cool point for intakes at least to me.

Intakes are great dont get me wrong just dont belive some 15 HP claim on your stock car.

Well my friend is getting the same intake for his civic so i'll wait and see how it turns out. If it works well i'll take my chances and if it dosen't for me i'll try to sell it for aroud the same price

those generic intakes dont do to good at all, i got one back a few years ago and i didnt notice anything better about the car besides more noise. this time i think i am going to go for a aem short ram. i would like to get the full cold air but finding one at a decent price is hard to do. as for that mugen one on ebay....god that screams fake
