No Dash Lights

I have a 1991 Buick Regal and I have no dash lights. The radio lights work and the warning lights work, but no dash lights at all. All interior lights work and the interior light switch toggles the inside lights. The heater lights don't work either. All fuses are good both in the dash and under the hood. Any one know what the problem might be?

do you have a test light or multimeter?

if all fuses are good i would look at the dimmer switch

not nessicarly change it. check for a loose connection. and test the switch with a Multimeter(Ohms), and check for power and ground to the switch with a multimeter(volts) or a test light

the switch is fine. it works all the other interior lights too.
