I need help with the inside of my trunk getting wet. I have a 1997 gtp and so far I went through two jacks from them getting rusted tight.

You may have a leak under the spoiler. Remove your spoiler and place a rubber washer over each hole (coat each washer with a silicone sealant first). Then reinstall your spoiler. That will probably do it. You'll also find that it raises the spoiler a little allowing better water drainage underneath.

I'd bet money on the spoiler leak.
I used rubber grommets purchased at Sears Hardware. I later added garden hose washers around the grommets as the grommets were soft and would get damaged when I removed the spoiler to wax beneath it. The hose washers will prevent the grommets from getting compressed too much.
