TPS Problems.

I have a very modified 2003 Cooper S. I'm guessing bHP near 250. I am receiving a check engine light and my scan tool shows codes P1125 and P1229. They are Throttle Position Sensor A and B Range/Performance Small Error AND Throttle Sensor Adaptation Failure.
My question is, does anyone know if TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) is in the ThrottleBody? The reason is that I have replaced my stock 58mm TB with a factory machined 63mm and we all know the dealors will not trouch me with a 10 ft pole since I've made all my modes myself. Any suggestions? Thank you!
