thinking about this car
I'm asking $2,000.00. The first one to bring me the cash takes it!
-The cars has over $2000.00 worth of mods in it now!
1993 Eagle Talon TSi AWD
Mods:
(Intake)
-2G MAS w/ K&N
-Extreme SMIC
-Upgraded UIC piping w/ ported 2G Elbo
(Exhaust)
-Custom 2.5" Cat-Back Exhaust w/ High-flo cat
(Fuel)
-Manual Boost Controller (15psi)
-Walbro 255 HP Fuel Pump
-Denso 550CC Injectors
-Buschur Racing FPR
-Apex-i Super AFC
(Drivetrain)
-ACT 2600 Clutch
-ACT Flywheel
Goodies:
6-Bolt block/4-Bolt rear
Transmission Rebuilt by PSi @ 100K miles
6-Bolt swap @ 100K miles
110K miles on car

Bad:
Possible broken piston ring. (Oil pressure high, popping dip stick at full boost).
Dent in hood
Dent in fender
the only part that worries me is in bold.......your thoughts?

If you know anything about cars and can fix that yourself in a few days, that would be a great deal. That car has all the foundation for a 16g or bigger to run 12s or lower if you fix whatever piston ring problem there is.

I say go for it, if it doesn't work out you could get your money back selling all the parts individually 2,000 is not bad

well i know plenty about cars and how to fix them but i really dont want to have to swap another fucking block......its just GAY labor......not to mention high oil pressure can be caused by a number of things, fried rings, partially spun bearing, etc......i guess i want input if you think its worth purchasing and then having to fix the shit right away

my guess is that the PCV is blocked off, adding power, but putting too much pressure in the oil system, popping the dipstick out. ask about that.

lol as much as i would love to do that (i would slap on a larger slug then a 16g), i dont want to really buy another money pit car.......looking to get something fun really, my last car was enough money pit for me, i will be leaving the country in 2 years so i dont plan on modding really

Its worth it. Has alot a nice amount of mods in it already. Can get your money parting the whole car out if you dont want it anymore.
