removing rear wiper motor

i was trying to get the rear wiper motor out of my 89 crx and i cant get the black plastic thing off i tug and tug and cant get it off how do you take it off?

once u get them off,they never go back on...

take a small flathead screw driver and stick it under the side opposite of the wide blade and twist, it accually doesnt come off it just swings up, theres a 10mm bolt behind it, take that off. To remove the motor remove the inside trim piece on the hatch, theres three bolts holding it in place.

the trim is what i cant get off.
