Just aquired my winter beater...

I just got my beater signed over to me, a 89 Civic dx Hatch (auto)

needs a few maintenace parts, but nothing major. not bad for a Free car...

this completes my collection of civic, I have had a 90 CX, 90 Si and not 89 Dx... lol

I want to get an auto as a daily driver.

Niiice. Auto sucks though, I've already been doing it for 2 months already. Its going to be a loooong winter. :(

Is insurance expensive where you live? Going from my Civic to the Mazda saved me $140 a month. :grinyes:

the car is Silve with ugly blue decals, and has a honda civic banner and big honda H on the rear hatch... gonna peel those off pretty quick.

droped the car off to get inspected... i will find out what it needs.

Funny thing is I have everything I need to do the 5speed swap, Si tranny, Clutch cable, Peddal asembly, DPFI Manual ECU, axels... ect... i just can't be bothered to do it.

its because ur a lazy ass

blah, automatics rule! Just push the pedal and steer, you don't hafta worry about pushing the other pedal and you have a hand free. Sooo easy for my lazy bum to drive :P

the beater is gettin a remote car starter too... that's why i want to keep it auto.

and yes whe it comes to this car I am Lazy... it's a Beater. i'm gonna beat on it... and possibly "krissen"(sp) the back seat... that's about it.
