Ok so on 10/29 I changed my spark plugs and wires. Wasn't that hard. But that has been 6 days now and everything seams to be fine. Or so I thought. Twice now I have been sitting at a light and the car just dies? Does anyone have any ideas as to what I may have done or what the problem could be? Doubt it is fuel pressure reg. I have changed that before. Getting frusterated. Seams like every time I fix or change something something esle goes wrong with the car. Don't get me wrong I love the car looked for this one for over a year. But am beginning to think mabe I will want to buy new next time and get the Chrysler 300 Hemi (the 425 hp Hemi).

Check the EGR valve, it may need cleaning. Yeah, it does seem like something is always breaking on my Aurora too, still it's very nice not having a car payment :-)

Mine died intermittantly with random intervals ranging from one day or less to over 6 months and at stop lights or on the freeway. The only code I could get was a PCM reset which is normal with each start. After two years of trying everything from fuel pump to fuel regulator, PCM board, etc., and after buying the service manuals, I finally traced the problem and confirmed that it was a intermittantly bad internal contact in the ignition switch. It's an expensive switch, but not hard to replace. I'd put it high on your list of possibles if this problem repeats, especially if it also happens at speed.

I was one of the guys who replaced the plugs and wires and started to have the stalling and slow to start problems and I was reluctant to change the FPPR because I had just had the fuel rails done. Anyway, I finally replaced the FPPR and my problems are gone. It's such an easy fix that I feel it's worth replacing before going in for a $100 diagnostic.
