03 sil maf/ vaf please help

20003 silverado the check engine light is on the obd2 computer diagnoise is giving a MAF/ VAF code. we replaced the mass air flow sensor/ meter (whatever) and it still contineus to bog on the idle and the engine light kicks back on!!!!!! then i though maybe i bought a bad meter so got a new one and it still continues. please help?????????/

Have you checked the 02 sensors?

Has your computer ever been reprogrammed? If so it may have issues with an aftermarket MAF.

I just bought a 2001 silverado, and the CE light came on 2 blocks befor I got it home. and it was the maf sensor. the dealer replaced it, but it still idles a little rough...... I don't know what to say. replacing the sensor fixed the light.
