Fixing a power steering leak

So I have a pretty good leak (2 quart bottle gets used up in about 1 month) on the power steering Gear box. I also have this stuff called Magnum Steel. Supposed to be able to seal stuff like this. It worked on my brother's coolant line. At any rate, would there be a problem just sealing up the gear box real good or is it bleeding from the inside (stupid question I know, but I want to be sure)?
