HELP: New Amp STILL NOT WORKING

HELP~
Amp blew because of hurricanes in Fla.
Flooded the Car.........
Replaced amp w/ "known to work" used amp and no fuses are dead.....
Is there an inline fuse somewhere?
If someone knows could they please email me!Thanks

The stock amp? make sure the blue wire is getting +12v

They are telling me the radio is bad?
It has power going to it but nothing after......going to the amp?
Anyone got a radio for sale?
