Power Flush?

I am going to get the tranny fluid changed in my 2001 SES and was reading through the posts about not getting a power flush because it might do harm. What is the difference between the power flush a normal flush and how would I know that they are not going to do this? I talked to Firestone about having it done and they said that they flush all of the fluid in the transmission and the torque converter and replace the filter. Does this mean a power flush? Sorry if this is an obvious question I just want to make sure I am not doing more harm than good.

a power flush forces fluid through the system under artificial pressure, the trans is not made for this and causes seals and valves to break.

a regular flush is when you empty the fluid, fill it with fluid again, empty that fluid, change the filter, and fill with fresh fluid.
