I was changing my spark plugs today, i've done it many times before without any problems. But the fcurrent spark plugs on my cavalier were kind of dirty around the base of where the spark plug inters the engine. I was cleaning it very very very carefully with a peice of cloth (not very big peice) and i had the spark plug out, and i was cleaning some dirt built up on the side of where the spark plug goes, and the peice of cloth fell in the hole:confused:. How bad is this? What could happen. I know it sounds bad, and i feal really fricking stupid, but dont make fun of me too much. Haha, jk. But anyways, how bad is this?:uhoh:

try getting one of those spring loaded tool grabbers and GENTLY fish around for the cloth. I wouldn't start the engine until you get it out.

Ill take it to a auto shop and have them put my new spark plugs and if something goes wrong, ill just blame it on them.

what kind of paper was it?.... like paper towel or some kind of emery cloth?...if it was plain paper towl, i wouldn't worry about it, but the emery cloth might have those abrasive particles and there is a chance it will score you cylinders...

don't even worry about it, it will be blown out the exhaust valve or burnt up the first time you start it

it will burn baby burn.... good thing you used toilet paper... but why the hell wouldn't you turn away from your car, so that way when your cleaning your plugs the cleaner dosn't ruin the paint?... kinda like brake cleaner and brake fluid it nasty to paint...
