hey all-
I was just wondering how hard it would be and how dangerous it is to try and put in a remote start in my 2000 3.4. I live in North Dakota and I'd like to warm it up before i drive everyday, and because i'm poor, I've thought about trying one of those cheaper 2-way starters on ebay. I know there's a lot of criticism about them, I was just wondering how hard it would be to really give that a try. If anyone knows about that stuff i'd really appreciate it.
Thanks.

I would not recomend it unless you know a lot about vehicle electronics and such. Ditto on the cheap stuff on ebay. You always get what you pay for don't you? Your car is a very difficult car for the first timer. look it up at www.bulldogsecurity.com

Hello
Hey Nelenz did you gine any more thought to adding a remote start to you ride? I was a installation tech when i worked for circuit city. I would be more than happy help you with the installation process if you have any questions.
