Hi guys, i dont know much about adding a system to my car and i bought 2 sony xplods 10" with a box and my radio is also a sony xplod.
I needed to buy an amp that would be good enough to make this sound nice. Im not sure how many watts is decent and whats really good.
Can someone tell me a good brand for an amplifier and how many watts would be best to get????

I would say a 1k watt peak would do just fine. SOnys tend to be over rated(not a big fan of them). For brands of amps I like accustic Rockford Fosgate Kenwood their are a million good amps.

So a 1000 watts amp should do fine? whats the difference in 2 channel or 4 channels?

I would say 1000 watts those sonys are overrated a little. Basicly how many speakers you can put on their, But for subs I would go with a 2 channel and bridge it and run them in series.
