I can't understand why so many people pay so much attention to the election. It's been the only thing on even my TV up here in Canada for the past few months and it's freaking annoying.
I didn't even know Canada got a new Prime Minister (earlier this year) until a couple months afterwards... :lol2:

Well the Queen of England is just that, the Queen of England, and this is Canada, also known as not England. But even in England she has basically no power anymore anyways...so yes, that statement was correct. However, the Prime Minister of Canada has more influence in Canadian politics than the American president does, and I clearly don't pay much attention to him, so I don't understand why every in and out of the US election should be zapped into our heads.
I'm just having a jolly old gripe.
Don't mind me.

True, she is just a symbol now. Actually, the next president of the US is very influential on just about every country. First and foremost are the States' allies (which happens to be us) want to predict if they will be fighting any mroe wars (we won't get into their justification). And again, Canadian politics are too boring anyways.
