wont run unless jump started

my 94 eclipse 1.8 nt fwd wont start unless it is jumped but as soon as u take the cables off it stalls out i just replaced the battery and had the altnator checked and it still wont run... someone plz help

If you are positive the battery and alternator are good, the next thing to check is cables. I Would think they would still cause trouble even with jumper cable on it though. But it should be done anyway, to prolong the life of your alternator and new battery.

I'm thinking this has to be alternaotr though.
