Dodge Ram 50 engine swap?

Anyone know if the 2.0l engine will work in a Ram 50 with a 2.6l? I found a 2.0l pretty cheap but the only 2.6l I can find is $900. The truck is an auto if that makes any difference. Any info would be appreciated.

the Ram 50 was a Mitsubishi product, the 2.0 mopar will not swap in
