front chin/lip

i found a nice ass front lip/chin for my eclipse which i might get on my bday (nov 27) or on xmas .. i was wondering if u need a to put the car up helllla high or just use a jack thingy and pump up the car and install.? o by the way heres the link to the lip

just jack the car up, i have one of those on my 1g and all i did was jacked the car up and bolted it on.
