got a question about nitrious kit for fellow spec v owner

Whats yup guys I got cuzin who got a 2003 spec-v ser yesterday and is looking to do lil boost in torque and horsepower in his car.He already order a cold-air-intake,header,cat-back exhaust system I believe a unorthordox pulley as well.All of these product are good quality name brands he getting installed.I think he might do a nos kit system but not over doing it thou moneywise, he wants bascially wants a kit that produces 75 or 100 hp.Unfortunally, there was a bid on ebay for one for 40$ by FIBERTECHCUSTOMZ and didn't have time to bid on it.It was a kit basically with hoses,small tanks about 15 of them and all the nessecary parts.I read info about the kits but I don't want him to jump into it he doesn't know about or what the 2.5 L engine can handle...If any one can give me info on this kit if its legit or anything on market similar?and price as well?I'll appreciate it....thanks...
