what went wrong

why when i hit the gas does the rpms drop then shuts off 90 acura integra ls (stock)?

could be a fuel issue, like when u hit the gas all that air rushes in and not enough fuel gets delivered and chokes the motor. check the fuel filter first.

yup, if thats not it, it could be ur fuel lines, check those, its they look rusty even rust rot in some spots, they may have microscopic holes in it, not big enough to do anything at idle, but enough to suck air and cause a stall at WOT.
