hey guys, i might be getting my hands on a wrecked wrx, say all the mechanicals are good, what other than the motor and tranny can i swap into a 97 impreza? such as the brakes, suspension, rear diff., axles, etc. i hope to swap in as much as possible, so i need to know what will work

I don't think there are many of the suspension or brake parts that will fit. The rear diff should fit. Whatever won't fit you shouldn't have any problem selling, hell I might want some stuff...

Are all the wheels straight?

im not sure about the condition of the car yet, im just trying to get a heads up on the project, does anyone know if i would have to splice the axles together to make the rear diff work, because the rear brakes are drums, i might swap to an impreza rs rear disk, fairly simple conversion.

hey sabrekhan i dont know if your interested but a buddy of mine has got some wrx wheels painted gunmetal, there rapped in pirelli p zero neros still with 80 percent tread left, 205 50 16, let me know if your interested i think hes gonna sell them before the winter.
