No Carfax report??

I'm looking at buying a '97 Jeep Wrangler for my 16 year old boy. I ran the VIN 1J4FY19S0VP804496 on the CARFAX free record check and no records came up. Has anybody had an experience like this? Just wondering if I should be concerned.
I e-mailed CARFAX and this was there reply:

There may be some vehicles that we have no information about. This may occur because the vehicle was based in Ontario (we currently have a limited amount of data from Ontario). Or, it may be that our information from the state the car was titled in only goes back to after the car had title changes. It may also be that the vehicle was a government-owned vehicle -- most government vehicles do not require conventional registration with state agencies.
In rare instances, it may simply be that the vehicle's history can't be located due to clerical error. Perhaps the VIN was miswritten, so the vehicle's history cannot be traced using the correct VIN.
We are continually adding new information -- our database contains over 3 billion vehicle records and is growing rapidly -- so you may want to check back in a few months. Thank you again for your interest in CARFAX.
Should this raise a red flag on the vehicle for me??
