What is your opinion on this. My Lumina is a 1991 Lumina 3.1 with 114k miles. You think its worth it/will work?

Scam. This cannot work. Don't even think about it.

500 cfm? Most of those things are like 250cfm but either way, your engine eats that much allready. Its not gonna help any.

I agree with everyone else. They'll just use up electricity better used elsewhere.

have you ever thoght about maybe turbo charging instead?
