I was wanting to know if anyone has bolted up a 90-93 teg hood to there hatch or crx? I'm going to be doing a teg headlight conversion soon and was thinking of modifying a teg hood to fit my hatch insted of modifying my hatch hood to fit the headlights.

I think teg hoods are wider though, I might just do a front end conversion, I can get the hood and both fenders for $110.

Thinking I'm just going to buy the whole car, 92 GSR, b17 vtec, $650. Rear end has been hit but the the front and interior are perfect, as well as the motor.

I can get those deals too. Actually I could get both fenders, hood and headlights for $100. I guess that's the advantage of living in a small town. :bananasmi:

Junkyards are like playgrounds for us car lovers. U think of everything or anything you can get for your ride. I'm like a little kid when in one. They're so much fun when your bored.

the 90-93 DA teg hood is the same width as a civic, but its about 3 inches longer. I tried to stick one on my hatch before and the piece that goes in between the head lights was sticking out to the end of the front bumper

I think it will look good, it will make it look longer though, witch will kinda be cool. I'm thinking of making the fenders/hood/bumper all once piece carbon and have it flip up drag car style :) While I'm at it I think I'm going to make carbon door skins, quarter pannels, roof, and hatch.

It's not like a car part that you can throw around and expect it to still work afterwards.... Electronics are delicate pieces of art. :D
