2nd Gen CRX with B16 $2000 good deal?

Guy is about 1 1/2hr away, said the only problem with it is that the wireing harness is crapped out he said I could send it somewhere to get it fixed for like $150 he already called em...he was going to build it up, but he already has a turbo zc..

He already has the whole thing swapped in, it drives but in something "mode" i can't remember what he called it...

think it would be worth it?

Thats a good deal? Wow... I bought my 89 crx si with a B16 in it for only $1,500... And thats regular price around here, heh.

buy it, then linch the B16 for your CRX.....because its always better to build your own car rather than buy someone else's....Then part the other car....or put your D-Series in the other car....then flip it for like $2000 stock....You'll make some cash then.....or part the CRX....and if you do...I want the dash, heater, and some other misc parts.

Dude theres a damn si crx in hondaswap going for like 1500 with a b16 in it has hasport mount kit and shit guy said all it needs is a 02 sensor or someshit..You all should check out some of the stuff they got sometimes they have a few old rexes and civics im thinking...

My car was in a front end accident before I got it, the whole radiator support is fucked up, the support frame under the fender is bent down, and a lot of my seals around the window etc are cracking. But other than that, the interior is in good condition. I guess if I get the body work done etc it will be nice.

I checked it out, sounds too good to be true, but the dude's in connecticut, how the hell am I supposed to work that...darn...

I'd swap it. I would get a gsr shortblock and a b16a NON OBD head along with cable trans. You'll probably spend 2300 at the most for a nice 1.8 set up. ITs cheaper than buying a gsr motor.
