92 crown vic need help please

I bought a 92 crown vic. It had a few problems and i am working through them. The problem i cant figure out is this. It has a real bad miss and no power at all. I pulled codes and got these codes.

217 - ignition system (distributorless) problem - coil #3 primary side circuit failure

238 - ignition system (distributorless) problem - coil #4 primary side circuit failure

So i went and bought 2 coil packs and replaced both of them. Didnt change anything. Does anyone know what i need to do?

Get a wiring diagram and check the trigger wires between the PCM and the coils for an open or short.
