hey.. i know this has been talked about a couple
times.. but i haven't found any threads that helped
me out totally..
my turn signals have been actin up the past 2 days.
they will come on, but not flash sometimes.
or they will flash.. but not consistently.
first, i assumed its a bulb, but when they do
decide to work properly, every bulb flashes..
so that lead me to believe its not a bulb..
as of tonight, the green light doesn't come at all.
the hazard lights do work properly though.
-
I've read something about a flasher for the
turn signals, that is located behind the dash
area sort of.. could this need replacement?
..or i've also read where its common for the
switch to go bad.. is it more likely this problem?
any help is appreciated, thanks.

I had a similar problem and the fix is probably one of two things. First, check the switch behind the flasher button. Some people have reported problems with this and replacing it solved the problem. I replaced mine but the turn signal still acted up. Next, I replaced my turn signal/wiper assembly. Mine was bad and I realized it when little puffs of smoke came out from under the shroud behind the steering wheel when I used the turn signal. The switch was around $40 and the turn signal was around $80 - used. Hope this helps.
