Problem with HVAC. Legend wiring diagrams?

I have a 1989 Acura Legend with an HVAC problem. The ventilator fan blower motor never turns off. The system is not the digital one with the temperature readout, it just has the dial that you turn to regulate the fan speed and temerature. But when the dial is turned to the off position, the fan still blows, and I can hear that it is on. When I turn it on, it stays about the same, until I dial the speed up more. Then the fan starts blowing faster like it normally should.

Any ideas?

Anyone have or know ehere I can get wiring diagrams for the heating and a/c for this 1989 Legend for free? I have seen some of the pay sites, but we're all friends here. :)
