dash and tail light fuse 94 grand prix

Hello, I have a 1994 Grand Prix and my tail lights and dash have just recently gone out. Knowing from experience that these are generally on the same fuse I decided to find the fuse and replace it. However finding the fuse wasn't as easy as I thought. I looked at both fuse boxes under the hood, and the one in the panel on the passenger's side, to no avail. Is there as panel that I'm missing somewhere? Can someone please help?
