Evap system leak

Hello,
So I had trouble code PO442 small leak detected in the evap system.
Replaced the gas cap with an original factory cap. Replaced 3 feet of vacuum hoses,checked everywhere in all the lines for any evidence of a leak but to no avail.Reset the light and within 3 startups the light returns.
What's my next step,where should I be looking. The performance of the engine is fine. Should I replace the Purge Valve? Or the charcoal canister
or vent solenoid.Has anyone had a similiar problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
