water pumps pulley

Hi i got a 87 cutlass cirea 4 cylinder, My pulley for the water pump felt off and i just got the part for it where the pulley is connected to and i was just wondering what is the best way of installing, so i won't have any leaking problems after and my A/C is blocking me from putting on the last 2 screws . So can someone please tell me how thanks
