no bus message 2001 stratus

my 2001 dodge stratus started to just die on me. and won't restart for like 20 minutes. will not even turn over and a message comes on that says no buS. Any help with this problem wound be great.

Go to dealer and they will reboot both the computers. no bus means it lost comunication with both the computers.

SUBJECT: "No Bus" Message In Instrument Cluster V.F. Display
DATE: Sept. 12, 1997
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
"No Bus" message in instrument cluster vacuum fluorescent display.
DIAGNOSIS:
Connect Scan Tool (DRB III). If DRB III indicates "No Bus" at cluster but can communicate with other modules, remove cluster and look for a hair-line metal sliver between terminal #4 and #5 of the blue wiring connector, refer to illustration. If a sliver is present perform the Repair Procedure. REPAIR PROCEDURE:
This bulletin involves removing a hair-line metal sliver shorting the blue instrument cluster terminals.
Break and remove a hair-line metal sliver shorting the terminals in the blue instrument cluster connector. See Figure 1.
Install instrument cluster, verify "No Bus" Message is gone.
